If you are trying to grow your business, don’t just focus on increasing your traffic. By making your website and your product more usable, you’ll see a growth in your revenue. Also focus on how your website grow up. Focus on visitors behaviour, user spent time on your website etc.

Crazy Egg grew at a much faster pace than KISSmetrics, even though we did a better job marketing KISSmetrics.

Why? Because Crazy Egg was a more usable tool. Customers would email us saying, “I love Crazy Egg. It’s such a powerful yet easy to use tool!” This helped with word of mouth marketing, which significantly spurred the company’s growth.

If you are looking for a way to grow your business’s brand without spending a lot of time, I recommend that you start with social media sites like Twitter and Facebook.
